Right off the highway and near the airport but you don't hear plans buzzing. Rooms were clean and big. Will be back
Lovely modern hotel, close to MSY airport with easy access to I-10 to get to the city of New Orleans & back. They also offer a complimentary airport shuttle and free hot/cold breakfast with lots of free parking. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. The pillows are a little too soft but that's better than hard. Front desk staff were helpful and very friendly. Thanks for a lovely, comfortable and safe stay. I'll definitely return and highly recommend to others.
Location is a little sketchy and road is very busy. Close to the airport and the interstate hwy. Good hot breakfast that’s not your usually eggs and waffles! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable to sleep in. I did hope that the pack n plays they offer were in a bit more of a better condition and provided a small mattress for the babies so it wouldn’t be so hard to sleep on. The fast food places were about 10-15mins away which takes a while to get it delivered through any delivery service when you don’t want to drive at night (especially if you have little kids). Other than that this place is great to stay and NOLA is a short drive away!
Great place to stay. Definitely recommend. Although it was a bit of a stretch to the heart of New Orleans but the place made up for it. The room was clean and odor free. They provide new washer and dryer usage and not vintage laundry equipment. Plenty of parking and not expensive. Also near casino, stores and restaurants. Some places make me feel like I got the short end of the stick, but not with this stay.
Nice surprise. Needed a place close to airport to drop off wife. Home2 is right off Loyola about a mile from NOLA. Starting with checkin, really friendly staff. Nice lobby. On to rooms. The place was packed but the rooms were so quiet. Rooms spacious and are like new. No dings or broken items anywhere. Wi fi is average for public hotel free access. Shuttle runs to airport which is a nice touch. Bathroom and beds are spotless. We felt safe on site and in parking lot. Cudos to Home 2 for a nice one night stay.
As soon as I entered, I was met with warm welcomes from both the receptionists. They gave us water bottles and a snack after checking in and even texted us to make sure everything within the room was okay. There was really loud music coming from the room next to us late at night, and the front desk receptionist took care of it immediately—for that, I was extremely thankful. Our room was very large and came with a sink, a dishwasher, and plates/silverware for us to use. With the location right next to the airport, the price, and the friendliness of the staff, I would definitely stay here again.
We missed a 5:00 am flight and it’s a two hour drive back to our house. We decided to just get a hotel room so we wouldn’t have to make the long drive the next morning. I’m a Hilton Rewards member. We went to 2 Hilton properties. Both informed us check in time would be 4:00. We were exhausted and needed to rest so badly. Hilton informed us this was another one of their hotels. I called and they were so gracious and kind. We checked in, and they let us go to our room immediately. My husband is a disabled veteran and both of us were exhausted. First time staying at one of these properties. The beds are comfortable, the room was spotless, lots of towels, sitting area, fridge and microwave. So grateful to the staff for accommodating our request. Love Hilton, won’t ever stay at any other property.
